The first, and one of the most important, steps is to find the right selection of keywords for your business to bid on.  Which will drive real sales and phone calls, and which are just shopping around.  Our goal is to identify the best keywords for your business and start your campaign that way. (2-3 business days)
The next most important thing is to write a customized advertisement that "speaks" to the customer searching for local help online.  Remember these people are actively searching because they have a problem that needs solving.  And your business is the one we want them to contact.  (3 days)
The last step in the setup process is to take all the keywords, ads, and settings for your campaigns and actually make them "live" on Google, Yahoo, and Bing. This is the fun part!  You will be able to search on Google and Yahoo and Bing for many many different things and variations of those things to see your actual text advertising displaying to potential customers. Now comes the impressive part.  Every single time one of your keywords is searched and your ad displays, lots and lots of data is generated.  From which keyword it was, to which advertisement they saw, and whether the person who searched clicked on your ad or called you. Now with all of this information being generated, we can drill down into the specifics of your campaign and see which exact keywords and which exact advertisements are getting good responses and engagement from the people who where searching.  Once we find what is working for your business, we can continue with what is working well.   (1-4 days a month)
Along with seeing what is working really well for your business, so we can try and get more of that traffic, we also see what isnt working.  Which keywords and/or ads are not getting people to visit and call.  Which keywords/and or ads are wasting your money.  Try that with TV or Radio or Newspaper ads.  They have no clue what is working.  We do.   (1-4 days a month)
